The Gig
We're on the hunt for a Breakfast Chef de Partie to join our Ace Hotel Sydney kitchen, open 7 days a week. You'll take charge of your section, ensuring every breakfast dish is top-notch — from prep to plating. With a solid understanding of kitchen operations, you'll jump in where needed to keep things running smoothly. You'll also mentor junior staff, maintain food safety standards, and support the Sous and Head Chef in delivering unforgettable morning experiences. The best part? Nights off are part of the deal!
